What happens if my pet becomes injured or sick?
We hope this never happens but in the rare circumstance that your pet gets hurt or sick, we will make every effort to contact you or your emergency contact. Should we be unable to reach you or your emergency contact, we will contact your preferred Veterinarian. In the event your preferred veterinarian is unavailable, we will take your pet to one of our qualified veterinarians of our choosing or take your pet to the closest Veterinary Emergency Hospital. All of this information will be outlined in the signed Veterinarian Release form, which you will have filed with your vet. This form will allow us to have your pet treated in your absence. Please notify your vet when you are planning to be away.
